AT&T introduces their Pay-For-Play Parental Controls for their cell phones services. This service allow any parents to use internet to set call blocking, call hours, text message and download limits. This will cost $4.99 per month.

AT&T will also let parent’s own numbers to remain immune from the limitations and 911 emergency calling always permitted.
